Shipping policy

  1. Tani Naturals collaborates with multiple courier partners for shipping, and we accept orders from all parts of India.
  2. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Tani Naturals. 
  3. Delivery time may vary between 7-10 working days. Please note delivery is affected on public holidays and in areas with lockdown, strict government regulations and may take longer than anticipated.
  4. However, if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 -12 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.
  5. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. 
  6. If you do not receive an order confirmation email after placing an order, please contact us at contact@taninaturals.com mentioning your order details, before another attempt at placing an order.
