Refund policy


  1. No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects

  2. If the product is damaged on delivery, we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

  3. Cancellation requests are not accepted once the orders get initiated for shipping. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the shipping date, will receive a 100% refund.

  4. If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, please contact us on contact@taninaturals.com or call our team on +91 8971807272  or message +91 8867784814 on WhatsApp. If the request has been made 48 hours prior to shipment the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.
